Thanks to the production we founded in 2015 and our unique stock program, we are now the specialist for welded and seamless pipe bends in 2D, 3D and 5D designs. We manufacture 2D elbows from 20,0 x 2,0 mm to 219,1 x 12,5 mm in welded and seamless versions. In our main materials 1.4307 - 1.4541 - 1.4571 - 1.4828 we have a large variety in stock for you in our warehouse. However, we are also able to offer you other materials such as 1.4404 - 1.4539 - 1.4462 - 1.4841 - etc. from new production at short notice. As a TÜV-approved manufacturer, we have been producing stainless steel pipe bends in accordance with DIN EN 2015-10253/A+B in the 4D – 2D and 3D designs in our production facility in Illingen since 5. Due to the continuous further development of our machinery, we can currently produce high-quality 90° pipe bends from 20,0 x 2,0 mm to 219,1 x 12,5 mm using the cold forming process. All processes from laser cutting of the blanks to end processing take place in our production. This enables us to meet the shortest delivery times.

We have a quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, which was issued by TÜV SÜD Management Service GmbH and is checked annually. Furthermore, as a material manufacturer for pipe bends, we have a certified quality management system in accordance with Appendix I, paragraph 4.3 of the Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU, AD 2000 data sheet W 0 and EN 764-5, paragraph 4.2. This was granted to us by TÜV SÜD Industrie Service GmbH and is also checked annually.
